Using this model as image generator for traditional photogrammetry software
Is there any handy script or something to generate a lot of novel views to use it in metashape or colmap? I think stablezero123 is really good to create models via traditional photogrammetry without using slow nerfs/gaussians, maybe im not alone
Unfortunately there's no such script for generating multiple novel views. However, using this model in photogrammetry software might be not efficient since there's no guarantee for consistency between all of the generated views. That's why SDS-based optimization of object's 3D representation using 2D model priors is more suitable for this kind of model.
Recent novel view synthesis like lucid dreamer and especially this one creates mind-blowing good results, so i think this idea is not garbage. At least i didnt tried 🤗
