Clarification regarding private leaderboard

I enjoyed it very much and will share my solution soon.
I'm new to online competitions and a bit confused about the private leaderboard.
From my submissions, I can see that the one chosen for the final result isn't my highest score from the private leaderboard.
I've attached a screenshot showing higher private scores in the list.
Could someone explain the process of selecting a final submission to me?

@zayedupal From my humble point of view, after preparing submissions you have to choose right one(intuition needed), to private leaderboard.
Public and Private leaderboard data is different so the model what what best in public may not be best in private LB, i see that if you have chooses the right one, you have be in 1 st place 0.4422777, but you haven't choosen best one. Do not be upset, for yourself you should know that you was in 1 place :)
