hi @mdrio - thanks for the question. there is not a related paper at the moment. the training data come from private SEER and Cedar-Sinai datasets of prostate resections. the model has been used to create some figures in textbook chapters -- i will try to find those for you.
the original implementation is at https://github.com/SBU-BMI/quip_prad_cancer_detection (but the training data are not included there).
