Update correct download command

Remove --repo_id to solve the error of unrecognized arguments for download.
Thank you! Actually, the latest version of huggingface_cli does not need --local-dir-use-symlinks as it defaults to False when using --local-dir. Feel free to open another PR to simplify, if you're up for it.
