🚩 Report: Legal issue(s)
This model is a publishing of my model without my authorization, I want it taken down since the rights will be sold and I wouldn't want myself and anyone else get in a legal hassle. Thank you for your concern.

, I published this model through the model sharing site Civitai with my own account -obviously- as seen in the attachment below, unpublished when another party was interested in buying my models rights, contacted Civitai to take down my model so only I have the rights and license for my model, they did. It is entirely up to you to take it down or not since it is your site. I e-mailed and contacted through the proper legal and dmca channels per formal public request. Page has my alias as a tag, I don't know what other claims(?) are needed from a model that is taken down from it's original page and published here without it's creator's approval. There is another license claim on its page here (somehow approves commercial use whereas the original doesn't), don't know about the authenticity of that either! Your content policy and your terms of service are bull crap obviously, legal people knows that very well since it only covers your side and clearly doesn't bound me either since I didn't approve the sharing of my model through your paid services. I don't want my model on your site, I would like it taken down immediately. I won't hesitate to take it to legal ground (when it is convenient for me) if you choose to avoid my claims. I am sure I'd manage to get my well deserved earnings from Hugging Face Inc. per every second wasted on your end :) Thank you for your understanding.

I misread the model's licence and thought I was allowed to do what I did, the model has been removed and can no longer be downloaded from this page. I'm in the process of replacing the Diffusers version with a dummy one because of the following technical problem:
When a model is removed from https://huggingface.co/ , all Spaces referencing it break, and can no longer be built, potatoMash is referenced by 10 Spaces, if this page was removed those spaces would no longer work, when andite removed his models many spaces broke and they never returned as changing the spaces' code is not trivial.
Until this technical issue is resolved (i.e. when the Space doesn't find a model and throws an error but it can be built and run, as opposed to now where it stops building) something needs to be in https://huggingface.co/Yntec/potatoMash/ to avoid Spaces breaking, so I'll replace the Diffusers version with a Stable Diffusion 1.5 Diffusers dummy, and later on with an unrelated model with the same name, as something needs to be here so those spaces can run.
Process completed (see https://huggingface.co/Yntec/PotaytoPotahto/discussions/5), potatoMash has been removed from huggingface.
