Finetuning on hg38 sequences

Hello! I am looking into using this model for a prediction task. I plan to give DNA sequences as input, however the sequences I have come from using hg38 as a reference genome. Would the tokenizer and the downstream fine-tuning still work, if your model was trained on T2T?
