And this year is the 50th anniversary of the crucial event of Khordad, the year 1342 and the beginning of the Islamic Revolution.
The 15th of Khordad is a very important day.

When people enter the arena and support a movement, the movement will continue and the movement will be successful.
This was the case on the 15th of Khordad.
As a result of the fact that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) was arrested in Tehran and other cities, the government was forced to introduce the people with all its power. A large number of people were killed.
The streets of Tehran were filled with the blood of faithful and youthful servants of God.
On the 15th of Khordad, the dictatorial regime and the heart of the unbelievers became apparent.
Another point in the issue of the 15th of Khordad - that is to say, our dear youth and our dear people should pay attention to - is that during the massacre of the people in Tehran and other cities, there were no international centers who called themselves human rights centers.
People and teachers were alone in the arena.
Those who claim to be nationalistic - who claim to support the resistance of the government - likewise accepted this movement. They say, "This is a blind movement and it is a transcendent movement."
When the pioneers fail to find a place for themselves in the battle, they will immediately criticize the pious people of the country.
As a result of the support of the people, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) continued his movement and assured the world and history of his role as a religious leader and determined to his goal.
Imam Khomeini (r.a.) had three things to believe in: determination, courage and resistance. These three things are: faith in God, faith in human power and self-confidence. These three things revealed the identity of Imam Khomeini (r.a.).
The Imam (r.a.) was speaking from the heart, and the people responded to his call with all their belongings.
They entered the arena with firm determination.
They made this movement, which did not have any backwardness in the world, achieved victory.
Let me explain the three beliefs of Imam Khomeini (r.a.).
These are some important things that if we realize them, they will enlighten our path.
Concerning faith in God, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) proved to be the symbol of this verse: "When the people say to them: ‘The people have gathered together for your sake, fear them.
Their faith was strengthened, and they said: "God is the Exemplar of our stewards." [The Holy Quran, 2: 173]
He acted in behalf of Allah, spoke and acted on the ground and said: "When you help Allah, he will help you." [The Holy Quran, 47: 7] This is a divine promise.
Concerning the faith of the people, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) understood the Iranian nation with all the meanings of this term.
Imam Khomeini (r.a.) believed that this nation is faithful, intelligent and brave. If a suitable leader is appointed, it will be able to manifest itself in all arenas in the light of the sun.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that the Iranian nation had been humiliated by the unsuitable people of the country, such as Shahid Hussein (a.s.), but the brave people of the country, such as Nadeer Kali (a.s.).
He understood the Iranian nation and was faithful to it.
He showed their religious enmity in this way that the Iranian nation is an example of firm determination and insight.
The people were dear to Imam Khomeini and the enemies of the Islamic Ummah.
This is the reason why you believe that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) never failed in the arena of opposition to selfless colonialism because selfless colonialism was an enemy, and Imam Khomeini (r.a.) sees the enemy of the people.
On the issue of self-confidence, Imam Khomeini taught the Iranian nation that we can.
He revealed his power to the world. He said that on the day of Ashura 1342, in spite of the pressures, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) said that the people of Qom should expel them. He said that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) was relying on America and foreign powers and exercising power without any accusations and threatening him to expel them.
He was a cleric in Qom, and he did not have any weapons, money and assistance.
Faith in God and self-confidence will strengthen a person in this regard.
The following is the full text of the speech delivered on the occasion of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) returned from exile in the face of Beheshti Zahra (a.s.).
The Imam (r.a.) believed in himself and his power.
The Imam (r.a.) had such trust in the people.
Some people believe this. One of the most powerful weapons that the enemies have made in order to establish their domination over other nations is to make them feel that they are not able to do anything.
This was the result of the Iranian nation's backwardness for many years in political, scientific, economic and other areas of life.
He told the Iranian nation that it is possible to do so.
He re-established his courage, re-established his determination, and re-established his self-confidence.
We have acted. Therefore, I would like to speak to the Iranian nation, which has been successful in all arenas during the past 30 years.
The faith that exists in Imam Khomeini (r.a.) - that is, faith in God, faith in the people and self-confidence - is the foundation of all positions, actions and policies.
At the beginning of this resistance, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) was strengthened by these three beliefs.
The same was true of the time when he was forced to go to Paris. The same was true of the time when he returned to Iran.
These three things gave Imam Khomeini the strength to re-establish Tehran in the same situation.
In the case of the 13th of Bahman, during the time of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, during the internal fitna, during the announcement of the Islamic Republic, during the war against the oppressive powers of the world, during the announcement of the Holy Prophet's (s.w.a.) war, during the Sacred Defense Era, during the Sacred Defense Era and during the Sacred Defense Era, in all the events that took place during the 10 years of Imam Khomeini's life, all these three faiths became manifest in the company of Imam Khomeini (r.a.).

But Imam Khomeini (r.a.) spoke at the end of his life even more than his speech in the year 1342.
He was old, but his heart was young and his spirit was alive.
This is the determination of the Holy Quran, which reads: "If they are firm on the path, I have dried up a lot of water." [The Holy Quran, 72: 16].
The Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) said in another verse: "They said, 'Our Lord is Allah, and the angels were appointed over them, ‘ Do not be afraid and do not be hurt and declare the good news about the Paradise to which you have been promised." [The Holy Quran, 41: 30] These three beliefs are the things that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) believed. They made the thought and thought of his path for this nation, and they made it gradually possible for our nation, our youth and other areas to have hope of self-confidence and reliance on God.
The Iranian nation has changed its power, and Allah the Exalted has changed its position. "God does not change what the people are doing, but they have changed what the people are doing" [The Holy Quran, 13: 11].
The Iranian nation has changed its path and its motives, and Allah the Exalted has helped and supported them.
What was the result?
There are many things that our youth should know about the reliance that the Pahlavi regime - which was worse than the time of the Qajar regime - had made on England and the United States.
Their reliance is ashamed.
After the victory of the Revolution, a prominent American diplomat said and wrote: "We are telling him what he needs and what he does not need."
They are the people who tell him that it is necessary to establish a relationship that is short and a relationship that is short.
You will produce oil and sell oil to whom you will sell it. You will not sell it to whom.
If a country is dependent on it, it is transformed into a free and dignified country.
The country is ruled by corrupt, trustworthy, moneyworshipers and materialistic leaders, but they are replaced with representatives of the people.
They were replaced with officials and the people.
Over the past thirty-six years, the rulers of the country and the political and economic issues of the country have been the representatives of the people.
This is a very important point.
In the face of the enemies' evil and mercenary politicians, they have turned themselves to representatives of the people. Our country that has made progress in the arena of knowledge has been transformed into a prominent country in the arena of knowledge.
Before the victory of the Revolution, we did not have any success in the scientific arena of the country.
Is this insignificant?
Ayatollah Khamenei said that in the following years, Iran will reach the fourth level of education in the world.

We are a country in which if we want to build a road, a big street, a danger, or a company, we should pay our attention to others so that outstanding engineers can build a danger for us, build a path for us and a company.
Today the youth of this nation - with no lack of self-confidence - are building tens of thousands of companies in the country.
Should we pay attention to all these things?
In the medical arena and in the medical arena, if our patients are ill, they should go to European hospitals. If they have no money, they should die.
Today, there are many other cities in the country, not just in Tehran, but in many other cities.
The Iranian nation does not need foreigners in this regard.
We have relyed on ourselves in this important area.

The number of university students means the number of teachers and universities.
In every distant city, there are two, five, even ten universities.

Today, there are universities in every city of the country.
This is the great movement of the Iranian nation thanks to the Revolution and the enthusiasm of our youth and officials. This is what has happened over the past thirty years.
These are important things.
Thanks to the Revolution, there were important and fundamental achievements in the country. Hundreds of thousands of companies were created in the country.
We used to bring about a lot of products that we used to bring from foreign countries in the past, but today we see a lot of products being made in the country.
We should pay attention to these things.
These things have been achieved thanks to the three beliefs that Imam Khomeini has placed in the hearts of the people of the country - faith in God, faith in the people and self-confidence.

I would like to tell you that if we compared ourselves to the time of taghut, such victories will be clear. I would like to say this so that our great and courageous people should know that this path will be achieved successfully through their commitment to these three beliefs.
They know that there is a long way to go. But you can and can do this.

What is our roadway?
The teachings of our magnanimous Imam (r.a.) are clear. Fortunately, Imam Khomeini (r.a.)'s talks and his writings are present in our 20 newspapers.
I do not see any advantage in the name of Imam Khomeini, but we should forget his teachings. This is a mistake.
The road map was with Imam Khomeini (r.a.) and he introduced it to us.
Regarding foreign policy, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) taught: resistance in the face of colonialism, safeguarding brotherhood and brotherhood with Muslim nations, establishing relations with all countries in the world, except those who have sworded against the Iranian nation, fighting Zionism, resisting Palestine, helping oppressed people of the world and resisting oppressors.
The Imam (r.a.) was with us.
The teachings of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) have been presented in our publications. In the cultural arena, the teachings of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) have been presented in our publications: abstaining from immoral and western cultural practices, turning away from religious hypocritical practices, supporting Islamic behavior and judgment, and spreading corruption and reviling into society.
In the economic arena, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) taught: reliance on the economy of the country, reliance on self-confidence and domestic resources, economic righteousness in production and distribution, support for the unrighteous, resistance to the culture of capital and respect for citizenship. Imam Khomeini (r.a.) ignored the culture of oppression and capital, but he respected the right to ownership, invest and labor.
The teachings of our magnanimous Imam (r.a.) demanded that we not tolerate the degeneration of the world's economy.
The Iranian nation can reduce its prosperity by treading its path with firm faith and commemorating its magnanimous Imam (r.a.).
The Iranian nation can make progress.
In view of its power, capabilities, and outstanding personalities, the Iranian nation will be able to move forward in the path of the Islamic Ummah, and by Allah's favor, it will be a genuine role model for other Muslim nations.
But the issue of elections is the current issue.
Dear brothers and sisters, dear Iranian people!
The election is the symbol of all the three beliefs that are present with Imam (r.a.) and should be present with us. It is a symbol of faith in God.
It is our duty and our duty to make efforts in the future of our country.
The Iranian people have this responsibility.
This is the manifestation of trust in the people because elections are the manifestation of the willingness of the people because the people elect government officials through elections.
Today it is a symbol of self-confidence, and anybody who puts his vote in the election boxes feels that he has made a difference in determining the future of the country.
This is a very important point.
Therefore, elections are the signs of trust in God, the signs of trust in the people and the signs of trust.
The Islamic Republic refrains from making any votes for any of these voters - that is, the eight people in the arena.
A voter should not be a voter to the Islamic Republic. A voter should not be a voter to the Islamic Republic.
In the arena of elections, whether the one who stands for the president of the country or the one who votes - that is, I believe in the Islamic Republic and the method of elections.

You should do research with the people whom you trust so that you can identify the right person to choose him.

We want one day in the month of Ramadan to be organized as a government official in the area of economic matters, business and other sectors and to sit down and listen to the things that they have for a few hours in the country in order to make sure that this system should pay such attention to economic matters and economic progress and that the government - in the general sense of the government - should work together and make efforts in the arena of economic matters for the sake of the reasons why I should speak about the future of the country.

It is the progress of the Iranian nation.
We made good progress in the fields of production, in the fields of service, in the fields of labor, in the fields of production, in the fields of scientific and other areas mentioned here.
It is good to hear this from the officials of different branches who are not from the government. It is good to increase the power of the people and make them happy.
It is good for all of us to understand that today one of the means of killing the enemies of the Iranian nation is to pay attention to this issue.

As a result of my knowledge of different parts of the country, I assure you that no part of the country will be able to make progress in this regard and that our youth will not be able to make progress in this regard.

Sometimes I said that compared with the many blessings of our country, our nation and the people of the world, they appreciate these blessings.

We should do this. This requires assistance and support. It is necessary to support the issue of production.
In this regard too, the executive and officials have a responsibility. The countries in which we have been mentioned that most of our products are carried out in different countries, we hear about the evil things that some executive officials are doing. Offering unnecessary products, delaying it and delaying it are all bad things.
For some 50 years, there have been companies in the world who have managed to manufacture products and sell them to buyers.
For example, a company in Germany and Switzerland has produced and sold products for 50 years, and it has buyers in our country and other countries.
Why?
Productors should pay attention to these factors.
This requires a culture - the culture of improving production in products that are used for domestic and international use.
The issue of terrorism for the economy is also very important.

This is one of the benefits that have been achieved in the future, and by Allah's favor, the improvement of the economy is one of the things that can be done in the future.
Among the things that indicate the lack of vigilance in the arena of economy is the increase of foreign products that are not oil.
Unfortunately, we have depended on oil for many years.
And this is something that is ignored by all envious economic professionals. This path is used to in our country. It is necessary to acquire oil, sell and maintain production of oil and fuel. This path is wrong.
For many years, I have said that one of the things that I hope is that one day we can manage this country without selling oil if the need arises.
Of course it is not an easy and difficult task.
Increase of non- oil products will draw us closer to our goal.
Great achievements were made in the year 1389 in this regard.
Among the factors that promote stability and stability in the arena of economic matters is the wiseness of the government in fulfilling the sanctions imposed on Iran by western governments under the leadership of America and the obedience of certain European governments.
Since the beginning of the year 1388, they have intensified their sanctions against Iran.
They themselves said in their calculations - which are good news for us - that the sanctions will be imposed on the Islamic Republic and the Iranian nation within five or six months. This was their expectation.

Great achievements will affect the quality of our power in order to use our power in the country appropriately.
Two years ago, in this new year's speech, I discussed the issue of old age and the issues related to the use of national blessings.
People should understand these things.
I would like to invite the officials of the country to announce to the people the obligation to strengthen the economy of the country and to highlight the importance of increasing the economy of the country and reducing the gap among the people.
This agreement was not what we wanted. Islam did not accept it.
They should do their utmost to the plans for the five-year progress of the country.
Reducing unemployment rates and increasing unemployment rates in the country are one of the important and fundamental issues.
And increasing the number of accounts that merchants invest in order to increase the number of investors in the country's economy is one of the most important and fundamental issues. One of the things that is important in this regard is the creation of cooperative companies that can create a large number of capital and establish large companies through investors.

Today, 99 percent of our water in the country is used in the field of agriculture.
Consider what will happen if, by Allah's favor, the government manages to change its waterways and if 10 percent of the population is reduced to 120 percent.

Our magnanimous Imam (r.a.) managed to introduce the people into the arena.
The same is true of Arab countries today.
In Egypt or Tunisia the people entered the arena for themselves, and otherwise the people of the country used to speak constantly. They used to call the people to the people many times. No one was very concerned about the things they were saying.
The people themselves entered the arena and their ideals were religious.
That is to say, the things that they have accumulated are the prayers of the people, the prayers of the people, the prayers of God, the prayers of religious scholars, the people who engage in the arena of religion and the people who engage in the arena of religion.

The principle of hypocrisy is that they are acting in this regard - that is, in order to defend human rights.
It would not be hurt if our dear people realized that the US President sent a message to the Iranian nation and said that we are your supporters. They claimed that they are opposed to the dictators and that they are responsible for the rights of the nations.
They do not just feel kind to other nations, nor do their nations feel kind to them.
The current president of the United States has used billions of dollars in the face of the wicked economic conditions of the United States to raise the lives of the bank in order to raise the armed industries, in order to raise oil industries.
Therefore, they do not sympathize even with their nations.
Today the Americans are faced with economic problems and they do not have a solution.
In addition to prisons and torture such people as Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, Iraq and other places, they are tortureing people in different places.
People do not understand these things.

If they are the real supporters of the Libyan nation and if their hearts are rooted in the behavior of the Libyan people, the bombing of the Libyan nation has been under way for a month.
If you want to help them, provide them with weapons, tools and airplanes.
Therefore, it is not for the sake of protecting the people. You are interested in the oil of Libya and you are interested in proving your position in Libya.
You want to find a place to lay down your shoulders in order to establish the revolutionary governments that will be established in Egypt and Tunisia.
You are not determined.
The United Nations, which should be a minister for the nations, is unfortunately a source of weapons in the hands of those people.
This is a disgrace for the United Nations.
Therefore, the presence of foreigners and the presence of westerners is not acceptable.
If you want to help the Libyan people, then the way to help them is open. You can help the people, encourage the people, and help the people of the country resolve the issue of Gaddafi themselves. Why did you join it?
Their main need is to participate in elections, and each individual has a single vote. Is this a great need?
When the elections are held in Bahrain, the people do not have a voting obligation, but they do not have a voting obligation. They are oppressed.

This is a great service for the enemies of the Iranian nation, which reveal the great movement of independence of a nation as a Shia conflict. There is no conflict between Shia and Sunni.
We do not have any difference between Gaza, Palestine, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Bahrain and Yemen.
Any popular movement that is shouted as Islamic and independent movements will be supported by us.
The great folly of America is that they do not see the invasion of Bahrain and Saudi Armed Forces as interfering in the affairs of the country. But when our maraja, our teachers and our mercenaries said that you should not kill people, they said that you are provoked.
Is this interference in domestic affairs a country?
Our call to a government, an oppressive regime to stop killing your people, is insulting, but the arrival of military tanks across the streets of Bahrain is not insulting. The Americans and their mercenaries in the region are very insulting.
The Americans had a distance of thousands of miles from the region.
Anybody who does this makes a mistake.

The youth who had come and did not see the Revolution. But if they did not even stand up against the youth of that time, they did not fail to do so.
Dear God, bestow Your mercy and mercy on this great nation.
Dear God, make the honor of those who render services to this nation, this movement, Islam and Muslims increased on a daily basis.

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and greetings be upon our Master and Prophet, Ab-al-Qassem Muhammad, and upon his immaculate and pure household, especially upon Bakyatullah (s.w.a.).
I would like to congratulate the dear brothers and sisters, the hardworking and enthusiastic government officials of the country. I hope Allah the Exalted will bestow blessings on all of you.
I am thankful to Allah the Exalted who gave us the opportunity to meet again in a year so that we can prepare this enthusiastic and enthusiastic meeting for discussing the important issues of the country and listening to them.
First of all, it is a reminder which I am the lowest and most sensitive servant in the country in the first century and which I hope we will receive thanks to the magnificent month of Ramadan and the second century is related to the issues of the country in general.
The last point is that if God permits, he will take a look at the issues that happen in our neighborhood and the events that happen in this region.
In his book, Imam Khomeini (r.a.) said that fasting is a divine gift that Allah the Exalted bestows on His servants and believers.

Among these things and the most important of them, as he himself says, the one that is superior to all other characteristics is that famines and thirst bring about brightness in the heart of a person and that it prepares the ground for thinking which one hour of thought is more than one year of devotion.
This is one of the things that can be applied to the minds and hearts of a person who reveals the truths and sets the paths for wisdom. We should think about our age.
This is the main fortune of each individual.
All goodness is achieved through this lifetime - that is to say, the hour of the day - and this is an opportunity to bestow eternal blessings on a person and to bestow Paradise on him.
Therefore, we should think about this life and the ways in which the years are moving.
We should always feel that the hours of our life and the days of our day and the nights are moving forward.
We have always observed the path of life. Life is like snow that is mixed with the hot sun.
This fortune is gradual, and this fortune is all things for us, and this fortune is all things for us to spirituality.
How do we use it, and how do we use it?
It is the time for each one of us to think about death, to move away from the world, to take the spirit of a person out of his body and to meet with the angels of death.
How will our condition be at that time? How will our hearts be at that time?
Another phenomenon is this prayer.
The prayers of the Holy Prophet's (s.w.a.) household are remarkable. This is the 22nd prayer of the Holy Quran, the most famous prayer of the Imam of the Age.
The beginning of this prayer is to say, "Allah, make the people of Muhammad (s.w.a.) happy and happy, make me dress in the modest manner, and make me dress in the modest manner." That is to say, make me among God-fearing servants of God and to say no to what He has condemned.
What does it mean to clothe me with the appearances of gentlemen and God-fearing people?
Dear God, clothe me with the clothes of God-fearing people, which are the first things to do. This is part of this prayer. It is about twenty-three issues, but I have spoken about six of them.
We should pray to Allah the Exalted to clothe us with the clothes of our believers.
This is another aspect of fearing God.
This is the first point that I would like to discuss.
The second aspect is a general look at the situation of the country.
The report that was delivered by the President of the Islamic Revolution is a report that covers many points. There are some important points that are clear in the report, and I would like to say that these points will reach everybody's attention to the efforts, hardships, and services of the country.
I would like to explain one aspect of the situation of the country which is very important for us.
Why is this important?
First, knowing the conditions of the country and where we are and what path we should take is very important and very important. Today it is very important, and it can be said that the consequences of the conditions of the world are more important than ever before.
First of all, the conditions in this region are unparalleled.
The Islamic Awakening and the great events that are taking place in this region are unprecedented from the beginning of the Revolution until today. Great things have been done.
If a nation such as the Egyptian nation carried out such a great movement, abandoned the government and became a constant and Islamic threat to the Zionist regime in connection with the situation of the region, these are all things that are unacceptable to all the officials.
This is the situation in which we find ourselves in which we create an astonishing situation for the Islamic Republic.
The economic problem that has been plunged up against the arrogant powers of the west is a great issue and it will not be easily passed away.
The western opinion about the economic issues of America and certain western countries is part of this issue. It is not all that they say.
They do not want the people of the world to realize the realities of the problem. They do not want the people of the world to realize the realities of the problem.
By Allah's favor, if there is a time for me to clarify this point from the end of my speech.
Another issue is the prevalence of global transgression and terrorist activities in western countries, in European countries, such as the new Nazi and American physicians who were the organizers of the US government. They openly expressed their transgression.

There were certain things that they wanted to do, but Allah the Exalted did not allow them to be defeated.
These are important issues.

Sometimes ignoring an opportunity itself becomes a threat and it itself becomes a backwardness.
Therefore, it is not wrong to look at the current issues of the country in this regard.
We should not make a mistake or fall into the mountain. We have good things and we have bad things. We should pay attention to these things.
The same is true of the media.
When a person says why you do this, he says that you do not let us tell the truth about the realities.
Of course, we want to tell the truth. No, this is an effort to disrupt matters.
I carefully analyze the value of 20 newspapers on a daily basis.
Some of these newspapers have access to newspapers on a daily basis, and each of them is enough to shake the heart of a weak person.
We do not accuse anybody of it, but we do not accuse anybody of it.
The envy is the same.
It is necessary to look at the weak side with the positive side of the power that is presented together.

In spite of the fact that the enemies used these things as the example of the tribes of the country, some people are threatened with the consequences of domestic events. This system has managed to defeat all these things. Today different tribes of the country are living with one another.
This is one of the aspects of power that I think we have.
We should pay attention to this point in comparison with the elements of the system.
This system alone, with no national support, and for the powerful materialistic enemies, which was faced with different threats during the past 32 years, was defeated by all these threats. This is a very important point.
I think this is the first aspect of the system's power.
