| 1. Permission is granted to view and use DeepCoro algorithms free of charge exclusively for personal, non-commercial research purposes. Any commercial use, sale or other form of monetization is prohibited. | |
| 2. In addition to the rights granted herein, the Montreal Heart Institute (MHI), Dr. Robert Avram and his Heartwise laboratory (heartwise.ai) retain all right, title and interest in and to the DeepCoro algorithms. | |
| 3. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the DeepCoro algorithms. Nor shall you remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices in the DeepCoro algorithms. | |
| 4. DeepCoro algorithms have not been reviewed or approved by the Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada, and are intended for non-clinical, research use only. Under no circumstances should data or images generated by the use of DeepCoro algorithms be used or considered in the diagnosis or care of patients. | |
| 5. THE DEEPCORO ALGORITHMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AND MHI AND ITS COLLABORATORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THESE DEEPCORO ALGORITHMS. | |
| 6. Any violation of this Research Use Agreement or any other impermissible use shall be grounds for immediate termination of use of the DeepCoro algorithms. In the event MHI determines that the recipient has violated this agreement or that an impermissible use has been made, MHI may require the undersigned data recipient to immediately return all copies of the DeepCoro algorithms and retain none, even if you are not the perpetrator of the violation or impermissible use. | |
| In consideration of your agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein, MHI grants you permission to view and use the DeepCoro algorithms for personal, non-commercial research. You may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material. | |
| Limitation of use: You may use DeepCoro algorithms only for lawful purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold MHI harmless from any claim, loss or damage, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the DeepCoro algorithms or your breach of these terms and conditions of use. You agree to cooperate fully with MHI's defense of any such claims. | |
