# SeaLLMs - Terms Of Use

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our demos. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use our demos. If you use the demos on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on their behalf. 
2. You may not use our demos in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates any person’s rights.
3. You may not send us any personal data.
4. You can not use any output therefrom to improve any other large language model.
5. The demos may be subject to export controls or restrictions in the United States or other countries or regions. You shall comply with applicable laws and regulations in your use of the demos. 
6. You must follow LLama-2 License and Terms of Use.
